Cover letter
Dear Bridge Hiring Team,
Bridge is doing something structurally important: replacing slow, expensive fiat rails with stablecoin infrastructure that gives any developer — anywhere — programmable access to dollars. That mission resonates directly with work I did at Intuit, where I owned a developer platform that scaled to 675M+ engagements and reduced onboarding from weeks to minutes. The parallel is exact: both problems are about removing friction between a developer's first API call and the moment they're transacting real volume.

## Technical and Platform Foundation
My product background is grounded in hands-on platform engineering. At Intuit, I owned the ICE Self-Service platform — DevPortal, GitOps configuration, and the ICE Playground — and drove 275% YoY growth in developer engagements, scaling throughput from 6K to 50K TPS via an rSocket migration that supported ~1.5M concurrent connections at sub-25ms TP99. I extended Java and Python SDK Starter Kits with scaffolding templates, build configurations, testing frameworks, and CI/CD integration so developers could go from zero to a production-ready microservice in minutes. I also built Asterias, a declarative asset lifecycle management platform with a GraphQL API, and led an enterprise-wide Service Language Assessment across 9 languages to inform CTO-level investment decisions.
On the fintech side, I've shipped two production financial platforms from scratch. Fintellect AI is a mobile-first investing and financial-education platform (iOS, Android, Web, Mac App Store) with a RAG retrieval pipeline backed by ChromaDB, multi-provider LLM orchestration across Claude, GPT-4, and Gemini, and paper trading on live Alpaca market data. I navigated App Review compliance end-to-end — Apple IAP, App Store Server Notifications, in-app account deletion, KYB-adjacent consent gating, and MAS sandbox entitlements. Vantage, my AI job-search platform, ships a FastAPI backend with 40+ agent tools, SSE streaming, idempotent endpoints, and async job polling — the same architectural patterns that underpin reliable developer-facing APIs.
I also hold a Topstep Funded Trader certification, which reflects direct experience operating in live markets — not just building tools around them.

## Why This Role
The developer lifecycle Bridge is describing — self-serve sign-up, KYB and onboarding, Dashboard, activation, retention — is precisely the surface I've owned before, and the one I find most technically and strategically interesting. At Intuit, the ICE onboarding work wasn't just a UX improvement; it was a business lever that mitigated $1M+ in projected opex growth by eliminating manual provisioning. At Bridge, the equivalent lever is time-to-first-transaction: every day a developer spends stuck in onboarding is a day they're not moving volume on stablecoin rails. I want to own that number.
What excites me about Bridge specifically is the combination of API-first infrastructure and a genuinely novel payment primitive. Stablecoins aren't a feature on top of SWIFT — they're a different architecture, and the developer experience layer has to reflect that. Building activation and retention systems that recognize where a developer is in their journey and respond with the right nudge, support, or intervention is a data and product design challenge I've worked on directly, and one I'd bring both platform PM rigor and founder-level urgency to.

## Selected Relevant Experience
- **ICE Self-Service Platform (Intuit):** Delivered DevPortal, GitOps config, and ICE Playground — reducing developer onboarding from 2–3 weeks to minutes in pre-prod and under 24 hours for production; mitigated $1M+ in projected opex growth.
- **Platform Scale (Intuit):** Achieved 275% YoY growth in ICE engagements, scaling to 675M+ in FY23; drove throughput from 6K to 50K TPS via rSocket migration supporting ~1.5M concurrent connections at sub-25ms TP99.
- **SDK and Developer Tooling (Intuit):** Extended Java and Python SDK Starter Kits with scaffolding templates, Gradle/Maven build configs, testing frameworks, and CI/CD integration — enabling zero-to-production in minutes.
- **Fintellect AI (Founder):** Shipped a production fintech platform (iOS/Android/Web/Mac) with RAG pipeline, multi-provider LLM orchestration, live Alpaca market data, paper trading, and full App Store compliance including IAP, account deletion, and consent-gated data flows.
- **Vantage (Founder):** Built a FastAPI backend with 40+ agent tools, SSE streaming, idempotent endpoints, and async job polling; shipped Apple IAP + Superwall entitlement gating, Kinde OAuth + Apple Sign-In, and Playwright/Jest release gates.
- **Telemetry and Prioritization (Intuit):** Used SQL and BigQuery to analyze developer pain points across ~20 mobile apps and 30+ product SKUs; designed RICE-based prioritization frameworks at Splunk across 3 microservice backlogs.
- **Cross-Segment GTM (Intuit + Founder):** Operated across self-serve developers, enterprise partners (QuickBooks, TurboTax, Mailchimp, Credit Karma), and internal platform teams; at Streamio and Fintellect, led customer discovery, influencer partnerships, and App Store launch execution.

Bridge's thesis — that stablecoins will carry trillions of dollars in global settlement — is one I find credible, and the developer experience layer is where that thesis either accelerates or stalls. I'd bring 12+ years of platform PM experience, direct fintech shipping credentials, and the founder's bias for moving fast to help Bridge make that future arrive sooner.
I'd welcome the opportunity to discuss the role in more detail.
Sincerely,
