My path from building AI-powered financial education platforms for retail investors at Fintellect AI to scaling developer infrastructure to 675M+ engagements at Intuit has been shaped by the same conviction — that well-built products can meaningfully change who gets to participate in financial systems. **Technical and Product Foundation** My product work is grounded in hands-on technical depth that spans from infrastructure to AI. At Intuit, I owned the ICE platform across QuickBooks, TurboTax, Mint, Mailchimp, and Credit Karma — scaling throughput from 6K to 50K TPS via rSocket migration supporting approximately 1.5M concurrent connections at sub-25ms TP99, and achieving 275% YoY growth in engagements to 675M+ in FY23. That scale required coordinating across globally dispersed engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams — exactly the cross-functional muscle this role demands. I also led the Mailchimp GCP-to-AWS migration for MSaaS, delivering a production-ready Golang template and updated DevPortal documentation under a hard deadline, which required tight coordination across infrastructure, engineering, and legal stakeholders across time zones. On the AI side, I built Fintellect AI — a mobile-first financial education and investing platform with a RAG retrieval pipeline (ChromaDB vector store), multi-provider LLM orchestration across Claude, GPT-4, and Gemini with fallback routing, and domain-specific conversational agents scoped to distinct financial focal points. This was a 0-to-1 build: customer discovery, architecture, App Store launch, and go-to-market execution. I understand what it takes to ship a financial product from nothing into the hands of real users. **Why This Role** Robinhood International is doing something genuinely hard: launching regulated financial products zero-to-one across distinct regulatory regimes, market structures, and customer expectations — where every product decision shapes how an entire country experiences Robinhood for the first time. That is the kind of problem I am built for. My experience spans 0-to-1 product launches, platform infrastructure at scale, and financial product development — and I want to apply that combination to the highest-stakes version of the problem: global market expansion. **What Excites Me About This Specific Role** The challenge of balancing localized product innovation against parity with US product lines is one I find genuinely compelling. At Intuit, I conducted an enterprise-wide Service Language Assessment across 9 languages — analyzing usage data and developer feedback across 20+ mobile apps and 30+ SKUs to inform strategic investment decisions presented to the CTO. That same discipline of using data to make principled tradeoffs across competing stakeholder needs translates directly to deciding what a new market launch needs versus what it can defer.
