reasoning
Strong fit: candidate has 3+ years PM experience (Intuit Staff PM, Splunk SPM), conducted customer discovery, and built cross-functional roadmaps. However, PeopleGrove role emphasizes B2B SaaS workflows in higher education—a domain requiring ramp-up from candidate's infrastructure/platform background.
