Dear PeakHealth Hiring Team, PeakHealth is doing something genuinely consequential — rebuilding the U.S. healthcare model around prevention and longevity rather than reactive sick care. That mission resonates with me directly: as a founder who has shipped consumer health and financial-education products from zero to App Store approval, I've seen firsthand how the right combination of AI, clean UX, and thoughtful care delivery can change the relationship people have with their own wellbeing. When I read about PeakHealth's integrated longevity platform — diagnostics, Rx, peptides, primary care, all in one consumer experience — I recognized the same design problem I've been solving, applied to a domain with far higher stakes and far greater potential impact. **Technical and AI Foundation** My product work is grounded in hands-on technical depth. At Streamio AI, I architected and shipped a multi-agent orchestration framework (OpenClaw) that coordinates AI agent workflows across real estate, insurance, health/dental, and financial-markets verticals — including a RAG retrieval pipeline with multi-provider LLM orchestration (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini), fallback routing, structured-output validation, and token-budget optimization. I built the backend myself (FastAPI, ChromaDB, SSE streaming), wrote the PRDs, designed the UI, and shipped signed cross-platform builds to the App Store. That end-to-end ownership — from backend architecture through App Review compliance — is the mode I operate in. On the evaluation and safety side, I built aeval, a local-first AI model evaluation platform with factuality, reasoning, instruction-following, safety, and code-generation eval types, adversarial refusal detection, and statistical rigor (bootstrap confidence intervals, Welch's t-test, Cohen's d). In a healthcare context, where AI outputs directly influence clinical decisions, that kind of systematic evaluation infrastructure isn't optional — it's foundational. I also built an RL post-training workbench benchmarking GRPO, DPO, PPO, and nine other algorithms across TRL, VeRL, OpenRLHF, and NeMo RL, which reflects the depth of engagement I bring to AI systems that need to perform reliably in production. My research background adds further grounding: I published at NeurIPS 2014 on neural networks for protein secondary structure prediction, and my original 2004 system was a hand-coded neural network in C++ with custom backpropagation through time — a lineage that gives me genuine intuition for what AI can and cannot do, which matters enormously when you're building AI-forward clinical products. **Why This Role** PeakHealth sits at the intersection of consumer product design, AI automation, and clinical care delivery — exactly the intersection I've been building toward. The role asks for someone who can own consumer product vision, write PRDs that translate cleanly to engineering, design AI automation systems for both consumers and physicians, and prototype quickly. That is precisely how I've operated across Streamio, Fintellect, and Intuit, and I'm drawn to applying that approach to a platform where the output is measurably better health outcomes. **Selected Prior Experience** - **0-to-1 consumer health and fintech launches:** Shipped Fintellect (iOS/Android/Web) and Vantage (iOS/macOS) from prototype through App Store approval — including 13-step personalized onboarding, AI-guided advisory flows, and monetization via Apple IAP, Superwall entitlement gating, and Kinde OAuth + Apple Sign-In. Led all product strategy, customer discovery, and go-to-market execution. - **AI automation systems with clinical relevance:** Built 13 specialized domain AI advisors in Fintellect with context-aware, guided advisory delivery; implemented OpenClaw multi-agent orchestration covering health/dental verticals alongside financial and real estate workflows — directly analogous to the physician- and consumer-facing AI automation PeakHealth needs. - **PRD authorship and engineering translation:** At Intuit, delivered ICE Self-Service platform (DevPortal, GitOps config, ICE Playground), reducing developer onboarding from 2–3 weeks to minutes; at Splunk, owned three microservice backlogs (Search Service, Search Catalog, SPL/SPL2) and delivered Scheduler Service end-to-end in approximately four months. Consistent pattern: write the PRD, work directly with engineering, ship on time. - **Data-driven prioritization:** Used SQL and BigQuery telemetry at Intuit to prioritize developer pain points across ~20 mobile apps and 30+ product SKUs; achieved 275% YoY growth in ICE engagements, scaling to 675M+ in FY23 and throughput from 6K to 50K TPS. - **Consumer UX with compliance constraints:** Navigated App Review across desktop and mobile for two separate products — managing MAS sandbox entitlements, in-app account deletion (5.1.1), consent-gated data flows, and strict IPC allowlists. Healthcare's HIPAA and clinical compliance requirements map directly onto this experience with regulated, consent-sensitive consumer data. - **Rapid prototyping and A/B infrastructure:** Built aeval's CI/CD integration with regression detection and automated safety gates; shipped Vantage's STAR behavioral rehearsal with an automated AI judge — both examples of building the instrumentation needed to iterate quickly and measure what matters. - **Cross-functional alignment at scale:** At Intuit, conducted an enterprise-wide Service Language Assessment across 9 languages, presenting findings to the CTO; led Mailchimp's GCP-to-AWS migration for MSaaS. At Kaiser Permanente, led enterprise rollout of Splunk Logging-as-a-Service to 200+ internal customers at 1.7 TB daily volume. Comfortable aligning clinical, engineering, product, and growth teams around a shared roadmap. PeakHealth's mission — shifting the U.S. healthcare system from reactive treatment to proactive longevity — is the kind of structural change that requires both clinical credibility and exceptional product execution. I bring the technical depth to work directly alongside your AI and engineering teams, the consumer product track record to own the end-to-end user experience, and the organizational rigor to keep clinical, product, and growth teams moving in the same direction. I'd welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can contribute. Sincerely, **O. Felix Amoruwa** famoruwa@berkeley.edu · 909-731-9011 · felixamoruwa.info
