Cover letter
Dear Omada Health Hiring Team,
Omada Health is doing something that matters: meeting people in the space between doctor visits where chronic conditions are actually won or lost. The mission of bending the curve on pre-diabetes, diabetes, hypertension, and musculoskeletal disease through personalized, data-driven virtual care is precisely the kind of problem I want to work on. My path from building telemetry-driven developer platforms at Intuit — where I worked directly with SQL and BigQuery to surface developer pain points across 30+ product SKUs — to founding AI-powered analytics products has sharpened my conviction that clean, trusted, governed data is the foundation everything else is built on.
**Technical and Data Foundation**
At Intuit, I owned the analytics and telemetry strategy for the ICE platform across QuickBooks, TurboTax, Mint, Mailchimp, and Credit Karma. I worked hands-on with SQL and BigQuery to prioritize developer pain points across approximately 20 mobile apps and 30+ product SKUs, and I built Asterias — a declarative asset lifecycle management platform with a GraphQL API — to bring structure and governance to asset lifecycle data. The platform scaled to 675M+ engagements in FY23, a 275% YoY growth rate, and I drove the throughput architecture from 6K to 50K TPS via rSocket migration supporting approximately 1.5M concurrent connections. That work required exactly the kind of cross-functional alignment this role demands: partnering with engineering, finance, operations, and commercial teams to ensure that data investments mapped to measurable business outcomes.
I also have direct experience with cloud data infrastructure. I led the Mailchimp GCP-to-AWS migration for MSaaS, delivering the Golang service template, MySQL persistence integration, and updated DevPortal documentation. I conducted an enterprise-wide Service Language Assessment across 9 languages, analyzing usage data and developer feedback to inform strategic investment decisions presented to the CTO — a process that required synthesizing fragmented data signals into a coherent, defensible recommendation for senior leadership.
On the evaluation and governance side, I built aeval, a local-first AI model evaluation platform with statistical rigor built in: bootstrap confidence intervals, Welch's t-test, Cohen's d effect size, and saturation detection. The platform integrates CI/CD regression detection and automated safety gates, with a stack spanning FastAPI, TimescaleDB, Redis, and a Next.js dashboard. Building aeval taught me how to operationalize trust in data outputs — defining what "good" looks like, making quality measurable, and creating systems that catch drift before it propagates downstream. That is the same problem Omada faces at the analytics layer: establishing single sources of truth, governed definitions, and tooling that teams can trust.
**Why This Role**
The Senior PM for Data Enablement role sits at the intersection of governance, tooling, and cross-functional influence — exactly where I have spent the most productive years of my career. What excites me most is the mandate to eliminate fragmentation across Product, Clinical, Commercial, Operations, and Finance by establishing shared definitions and governed metrics. In healthcare, inconsistent definitions of a clinical outcome or a member engagement metric are not just inconvenient — they can lead to decisions that affect patient care. Building the infrastructure that makes those definitions trustworthy and accessible is work with direct downstream impact on health outcomes.
**Selected Relevant Experience**
- **BigQuery/SQL-driven prioritization at Intuit:** Used telemetry and usage data (SQL, BigQuery) to identify and prioritize developer pain points across ~20 mobile apps and 30+ product SKUs, directly informing roadmap decisions for a platform serving 675M+ annual engagements.
- **ICE Self-Service platform delivery:** Delivered DevPortal, GitOps config, and ICE Playground, reducing developer onboarding from 2–3 weeks to minutes in pre-prod and under 24 hours for production, while mitigating $1M+ in projected opex growth — a governance and enablement win with measurable ROI.
- **Asterias asset lifecycle platform:** Built a declarative asset lifecycle management platform with GraphQL API, establishing structured governance over platform assets across a large engineering organization.
- **MSaaS Drift Detection program:** Initiated and led a configuration drift detection program — wrote a Java JAR library to scan Git repos for drift, partnered with Design on DevPortal UI, and built a remediation roadmap using OpenRewrite — demonstrating the ability to identify systemic data quality problems and drive cross-functional resolution.
- **Enterprise-wide Service Language Assessment:** Synthesized usage data and developer feedback across 9 languages into a strategic recommendation presented to the CTO, illustrating the ability to translate raw data into executive-level narrative.
- **aeval evaluation platform:** Built a statistically rigorous AI model evaluation platform with confidence intervals, effect size measurement, and automated regression detection — directly applicable to building trust in analytics outputs and governing metric definitions.
- **Splunk Search Orchestration PM:** Owned Search Service (Go microservices), Search Catalog (PostgreSQL metadata service), and SPL/SPL2 query language — built roadmaps and drove a 10x query performance improvement for a Fortune 500 beta customer, with direct experience in data platform product management.
**Closing**
Omada's mission — reversing the trajectory of chronic disease by putting the space between doctor visits at the center of care — requires that every team inside the organization can ask and answer critical questions with speed and confidence. The analytics governance and enablement work this role owns is not infrastructure for its own sake; it is what allows clinical teams to identify which interventions are working, commercial teams to demonstrate outcomes to health plans, and product teams to build features grounded in evidence. I want to build that foundation at Omada.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my experience in data platform product management, analytics governance, and cross-functional enablement maps to what you are building.
Sincerely,
**O. Felix Amoruwa**
