    {
      "question": "Briefly describe a product or feature you owned that required coordinating between multiple distinct user groups (e.g., buyers/sellers, drivers/riders, or automated service providers). ",
      "answer": "At Intuit, I owned the ICE (Intuit Commerce Engine) Self-Service platform, which served three distinct user groups simultaneously: internal platform engineers who maintained the infrastructure, product developers across ~20 mobile apps and 30+ SKUs who consumed the platform to build features, and business stakeholders who needed visibility into service health and costs. Coordinating across these groups required me to build a DevPortal that surfaced GitOps configuration and an ICE Playground for developer self-service, while also maintaining a roadmap that balanced developer onboarding speed (reduced from 2\u20133 weeks to minutes in pre-prod) against platform reliability at scale (675M+ engagements in FY23, 50K TPS). I used SQL and BigQuery telemetry to identify friction points specific to each user group and sequenced investments accordingly \u2014 for example, the MSaaS Drift Detection program addressed platform engineers' reliability concerns while the SDK Starter Kits directly unblocked product developers. The result was 275% YoY growth in ICE engagements and $1M+ in projected opex savings, outcomes that required all three groups moving in the same direction."
